Shipping Policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We are happy to ship within the continental US and Canada using the United States Postal Service.  Currently next day or 2 day priority shipping will not be available due to the fact that all items are handmade in small batches.  We currently do not ship internationally but hope to do so soon in the near future.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME?

As each product is handmade in small batches, please allow for  3-5 days for your order to be processed prior to shipping.  Then depending on your area of the country and the shipping option chosen, allow for 3-5 days for arrival.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED ONCE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Yes.  You will be notified by email that your packaged has shipped.  It will include a link for the USPS Delivery confirmation number which you can use to check your delivery status.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Currently we are only able to offer priority shipping via USPS on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  If you are needing this as a gift, please take in to consideration the time frame needed to process and ship each order.  

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Due to the products being handmade , we do not offer returns.  BUT if there is ever a question or concern please do not hesitate to contact us at info@sircale.com.  We believe in customer service and resolutions.

WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARE LOST OR DAMAGED?

If a package is damaged while in transit, we ask that you contact the shipping provider first.  But we are here to help where we are able.
